Definition of Extreme Galactic Rays: - 

The writer believes that as millions of stars and planets are pulled by angular momentum and increasing gravitation to move towards the galactic center, they must crash into each other, therefore the extremity of violence and energy concentration must surpass any events or explosions occurring anywhere else in the galaxies, such as those of Pulsars and Quasars, etc.. 

Image of entire sky in 100 MeV or greater gamma rays as seen by the EGRET instrument aboard  the CGRO spacecraft.  Bright spots within the galactic plane are Pulsars while those above and below the plane are thought to be Quasars. But the greatest concentration of Gamma Rays energy is seen in the center of our Milky Way (horizontal bright strip)  

Of course, as stellar bodies disappear in the galactic center, they are being accounted for by emission of electromagnetic radiations coming out of galaxies. Hence the writer proposed the concept of a dynamic field symmetry of equal 12 angles with a new name "Miracle-12", which is responsible for the production of  waves in a continuous spectrum. However, with the advent of this new symmetry comes also the possibility, or rather the necessity to postulate that at the extremity of this symmetry the energy level of resultant radiation would reach a maximum, and its wavelength would become theoretically zero. This means that there exists possibly a range of cosmic rays with shorter wavelength, higher frequency and greater energy than those of Gamma Rays, whose wavelength is still not zero.  Perhaps the Neutrino could be a candidate of this range, as its weight and exact nature are still not clearly determined. If so, then we need a new name for this range of top cosmic rays. So after some thoughts, it would seem appropriate to call it "Extreme Galactic Rays" to differentiate it from other cosmic activities or research activities on earth, which are not likely to reach the degree of extreme energy as that at the galactic center.        

This theory also postulates that what come out the galaxies are radiations only, not pieces of mass. The radiations of Milky Way reach a distance of 1000 light years. Therefore everything that goes into the galaxy has been converted into radiations. These radiations push the galaxies to recede from each other, the energies are so strong that they force the universe to move in a concerted expansion with acceleration. Such radiations are waves capable of pushing, propagating and spreading by interference to dominate the entire universal space. Their wavelength range from many kilometers to theoretical zero length. They are constantly vibrating but unnoticed by humans sensory capacity because all materials and living beings  are completely bathed and immerged in it and synchronized with it from beginning till end of their existence. Only when a fluctuation of energy level occurs it would be seen. Such fluctuations occur when, for instance, a match stick is struck, a light bulb is switched on, an atom bomb explodes, a star collapses or explodes, etc., etc.. All these events produce heat energy and excite the atoms, but they have no means to generate simultaneously such smooth spectrum of light and other segment of wave spectrum, which are exactly the same as those of the known spectrum of cosmic electromagnetic radiations. It therefore follows that the energies of these local fluctuations are absorbed into the propagating pulses of the wave spectrum already vibrating in the universal realm and transmit them forwards. In other words, the strong but unobservable vibrations already existing in the locality pulse the formless local energies into waveforms to become exactly the same as those waves that dominate every space in the universe. That's why every local event that gives off heat also emits radiations that conform with the only spectrum of radiation existing in nature...

The fact that cosmic radiation may be blended by interference to transmit or propagate energy of waves is demonstrated by design a wave frequency, e. g. radio or TV frequencies, to be transmitted and received half way across the globe, or extremely far from space. The flexibility and adoptability of waveform energy is also the reason behind the Doppler Effect and the use of Red Shift. You see, Miracle-12, the miraculous dynamic force field symmetry at each galactic center, is the pulse generator or heart that pumps life into the entire universe, including every living organ in our body... It is also the original motor of evolution that begins with need of equilibrium, then choice and eventually complex intelligence...
