The follow graph is the opening paragraph of the lecture delivered by the writer at the 1992 AFA Convention on 8th July 1992. The written lecture contains 11 pages of materials of which only a cropped sample is shown here. A dozen copies of this written lecture were distributed amongst the audience during the lecture. The following summary was given at the end of above printed lecture

            - Summary of REGENERATING UNIVERSE -

1) The Universe exists in a state of Perpetual Change. But It maintains balance while it is undergoing change. All things in it are in stages of transformation and regeneration.  Nothing is lost.

2) The Milky Galaxy is a 12 spike Star shape potential energy field. It is also the origin of the British and traditional Chinese Numeric system, also the origin of the Zodiac and I-Ching’s Earthly Columns. While the 10 Solar planets (including Sun and Moon) are the Kinetic energies. They are origin of the Digital numeric system as well as I-Ching’s Heavenly Beams. These 10 kinetic energies influence human evolution.

3) The result of interaction between kinetic planetary forces within the energy field gives a switching and shifting nature producing energy waves. All kinds of wavelength and frequencies fill the space with power of transmission, which is the cause of expansion between galaxies.

4) Neptune is responsible for developing the memory capacity in human being. The extra sensitive Neptunian ability works like a computer operating system. It has also the power to mix psycho-kinesis with memory sensitivity.

 

5) There are three levels of energies in the Human body, i.e, Will energy (or instinct to survive), Metaphysical and Physical energy. They are transformable and may be finally transformed into mass. In Nature there are also three levels of energies, which are transformable, i.e. The local planet Energy, the Galactic energy and the Universal energy. The combination of these three levels of energy is the supreme power often called Nature’s Will or The Divine Will, which drives survival instinct in all living beings and in the conservation of mass-energy, which  results in nature’s regeneration...

6) Some portions of the Universe are in Expansion while other portions are in Contraction, producing an overall regenerating universe. Our Solar system is situated in an expanding portion of the Universe. The portions in contraction have no energy to send out, therefore is undetectable from Earth. Thus, the Universal portions are pulsating between expansion and contraction while all things are conserved.

7) In the Beginning, before anything else was there, there was only pure Divine Will., or pure energy. So it was Divine Will or energy that started the process of Regeneration. The Regenerating. Universe and everything in it is the creation of Divine Will, hence the Origin of The Universe.

The picture below is a part of the first page of my letter to UN in 1995. It was in a large compendium containing not just my greetings and congratulations for UN's 50th Anniversary, but also analysis and suggestions of world political situation at the time, along with my written script of the 1992 AFA Convention lecture and more. I have high-lighted only the words relating to "the origin, the structure and the regenerating cycles of the universe". The rest are cropped because they are not relevant to this theory of cosmology..     

Note:- At the end of my letter dated Dec 6th 1989 addressed to a friend, but was handed to the Chinese leader (translated into 11 pages of substance) I added the following passage"....  At this point, I would like to tell you what I think is the greatest puzzle in science and Nature, as it has something to do with what I have been talking about so far :- The origin of the Universe is not what is presumed in the hypothesis of “Big Bang”. I believe that the Universe is a continuous Regenerating Universe. It is changing endlessly between different states of existence as follows.... ", then I went to describe a simple regenerating cycle physically and metaphysically (because at the time I was deeply interested in the metaphysical aspect of the universal phenomena, and would therefore went to Chicago to deliver a lecture on my theory of the universe at the 1992 Convention of the American Federation of Astrologers). At any rate, the above unintentional inclusion about my theory of the regenerating Universe accidentally touched off an interesting diplomatic incident in Beijing.... In Dec 1989, one political activist named Prof. Fong Lit-Tzi (by sound) and his wife had taken refuge inside the American Embassy in Beijing and got stuck there for about 6 months. Prof Fong and his wife were teachers of cosmology and the co-authors of their book, named "The Big Bang Universe" (translated). Consequently, my unintentional mention of the universe brought up for discussion this uncommonly embarrassing diplomatic cu-de-sac, which needed solution badly..... The outcome was that the couple was finally given permission to travel abroad for strong medical reasons.... Incidentally, Sino-American relationship went without a hitch ever since this harmless but unprecedented little affair, but it also helped to establish that my theory of the Regenerating Universe was in fact already in place in 1989....All these records now serve to protect my copy rights, but of course I could never have dreamt that it would take an diplomatic incidence to do it.....  

The following picture is the copy of a letter dated 1st Sept 1995 from the Principal Officer, Mr. David Stephen, of the UN's General Secretary office. This letter acknowledged receipt of my various writings. As to what those materials really were, written at the time of UN's 50th anniversary? Now that UN is getting ready to celebrate her 60th birthday this Oct, I had originally intended to give these pages only to pure science and cosmology, but many things said 10 year ago are still strongly relevant in today's world events. They ought to give some additional flavors to these web-readings. Perhaps I ought to add a page later in the "Related Topics" section of this website to reflect what those materials were. We'll see!
