The following book was written in late 1997 and published in March 1998 Hong Kong. For copy rights protection this book was specially registered and certified by the Book Registration Bureau under the Hong Kong Government in early 1998.

This book discusses the creation of transmissible wave energies (electromagnetic radiations) by the galactic field symmetry, and the regenerative functions through the structure of universal portions as well as other general structure of universe. However, the following book contains mainly discussions and reflections on metaphysical phenomena in the universe, which are not included in the present Web publication. In other words, this web-publication has now filtered out most of the meta-physical aspects and concentrates only on the aspect of physical science of the universe...  Over 100 copies of this book had been sent free of charge to various scientists and scientific institutes around the world between 1998 and 1999.
